Ahh now this is where ull find the difference between the good and GREAT games in my opinion.
Games like GR and halo are soo well loved cus there soooo great that all they really need is a updated version to take into use any new features on either pc or xbox and everyones happy.
Unlike many other games that didnt have a very big lifespan to start with.

In the manner of a politicician - ur both right!!! Yup, great and/or outstanding games from when they came out need a shot of extra life (half life?!?) to keep them ahead of everyhting else.
But big prob is so many games have been produced now that just about everything is either a sub-genre or sub-sub-genre etc of another is ome way or form - only very rarely does anything totally new come along, even FSW is not totally new - squad based shooters have been around for some time
